Phillip Lewkowicz

Founder & CEO


Phillip Lewkowicz is a hospitality entrepreneur and restaurateur with a deep passion for building vibrant dining experiences that bring people together.


With years of experience in restaurant operations, concept development, and hospitality leadership, Phillip focuses on creating restaurants that combine exceptional cuisine, high energy atmospheres, and genuine hospitality.


As founder of Rosewood Concepts, Phillip leads the vision and day to day development of the company’s restaurant portfolio. His goal is to build restaurants that not only deliver outstanding guest experiences, but also become lasting fixtures in the Scottsdale dining community.


Belmont Kitchen & Cocktails represents the first concept developed under Rosewood Concepts, with additional restaurants currently in development.

Neal Thompson

Co-Founder & CFO


Neal Thompson is a strategic partner in Rosewood Concepts, supporting the company’s growth, development, and long term expansion.


With a strong background in business development and entrepreneurship, Neal brings valuable insight and leadership to the continued growth of the Rosewood Concepts portfolio.


Together with Phillip Lewkowicz, Neal is focused on building a hospitality group known for exceptional dining experiences, strong operational foundations, and innovative restaurant concepts throughout North Scottsdale.

Megan Lewkowicz

Director of Design & Private Events


Megan Lewkowicz leads restaurant design and guest experience for Rosewood Concepts. She plays a key role in shaping the look, feel, and ambiance of each concept, helping create spaces that are both beautiful and welcoming.


In addition to overseeing design, Megan manages private events and catering, ensuring every celebration and special event reflects the elevated hospitality that defines Rosewood Concepts.


Megan works closely with founder Phillip Lewkowicz, her husband, as they continue building the Rosewood Concepts portfolio and developing new restaurant experiences in North Scottsdale.

Alex Mcgregor

General Manager


Alex McGregor serves as General Manager at Belmont Kitchen & Cocktails, bringing years of hospitality leadership and operational expertise to the Rosewood Concepts team. 


Known for his attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service, Alex plays a key role in delivering the high energy, hospitality driven experience that defines Belmont.


Working closely with the leadership team, Alex helps ensure that every guest experience reflects the standards and vision of Rosewood Concepts. We are committed to using only the freshest ingredients and supporting local farmers.

Alex Stratta

Executive Chef


Michelin star chef Alex Stratta is internationally recognized for his refined technique, dedication to exceptional ingredients, and commitment to culinary excellence. Trained in some of Europe’s most prestigious kitchens, Chef Stratta developed his craft working alongside legendary chef Alain Ducasse, one of the most influential figures in modern gastronomy.


Throughout his career, Chef Stratta has built a reputation for creating sophisticated yet approachable cuisine rooted in classical technique and seasonal ingredients. His leadership and vision have helped shape some of the most celebrated dining experiences in the country.


As Culinary Director for Rosewood Concepts, Chef Stratta guides the culinary vision behind Belmont Kitchen & Cocktails while supporting the development of future restaurant concepts, bringing expert level precision, creativity, and passion to every dining experience.

Fidencio Alatriste

Executive Sous Chef


Fidencio Alatriste serves as Executive Sous Chef at Belmont Kitchen & Cocktails, where he plays a key role in leading the kitchen team and executing the culinary vision alongside star chef Alex Stratta.


With a strong foundation in classical technique and a deep appreciation for bold flavors, Fidencio brings precision, creativity, and discipline to the kitchen each day. His leadership helps ensure consistency, quality, and an exceptional dining experience for every guest.


As part of the Rosewood Concepts leadership team, Fidencio helps drive the standards of culinary excellence that define Belmont Kitchen & Cocktails.
